Ashley Wignell CA
Director
Ashley is a multi-skilled Chartered Accountant with over 22 years’ experience. He joined the Aintree Group team in 2016 after many years of looking after high net worth individuals and privately owned businesses.
He predominantly works with family businesses, providing accessible tax, accounting and superannuation advice that is always in the client’s best interest. He believes in a proactive, honest, and hands-on approach to accounting.
His invaluable knowledge and experience covers a broad range of industry specialisation including manufacturing, insurance, property development, construction, and professional services such as doctors, lawyers, and engineers.
When not at work, Ashley enjoys the constant chaos and adventure that comes with having an active family life with his beautiful wife and three kids. He is also an avid Carlton supporter and hopes for success in the 2022 season.

Nadia Fazli CA
Director
Nadia is a proactive Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience. She joined Aintree Group as a Manager in February 2020 after spending a year working and travelling in London, and became a Director in 2023.
Nadia specialises in supporting family-owned businesses with their specific individual needs, both business and personal. She is passionate about her clients and thrives on actively supporting her clients through their journey.
Outside of work, Nadia enjoys staying fit, spending time with her dogs and travelling.

Graham Haydar CA
Accounting Principal
Graham is a Chartered Accountant with over 37 years of audit, taxation and business advisory experience. His clients respect him as their personal “go-to” trusted advisor and assists them in finding solutions to their business problems and achieving their goals.
Graham has vast experience in all facets of business, offering effective taxation strategies, financial management and wealth creation, and superannuation advisory services. He provides practical, honest, and transparent solutions to a range of everyday business issues and provides strategic CEO advice to large family office clients.
Graham is passionate about helping the community and he regularly volunteers his time with many Not-for-Profit organisations like Fareshare Australia and the Royal Children’s Hospital. He also holds several board positions within his client groups such as Big Group Hug.
Outside of work, Graham enjoys finding a work-life balance through travelling, family holidays, driving fast cars, cycling and exercising regularly.

Amy Phillips
Accounting Operations Manager
Amy joined Aintree Group in 2023. She oversees the day to day operations of our accounting business unit.
Amy brings 12 years’ experience across all facets of accounting operations to her role – from accounting and tax, audit, superannuation, corporate compliance and administration. Her passion is in organisation and efficiency. If there is a simpler way to do something Amy will make it happen. Constantly questioning the how and why ensures we are continually improving to deliver exceptional services for our clients.
She is driven by results and finds no better satisfaction than seeing a client’s need exceeded, a project completed, or a team member master a new skill.
After a week in the office, Amy loves to pack her daughter and her dog into the caravan and disappear into the wide outdoors.

Trung Le CA
Senior Manager
Trung is a Chartered Accountant with experience working in both the public and private sector in Australia. He also has international experience working and living in London and the Cayman Islands.
At Aintree Group, Trung’s experience covers a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, retail, professional services, construction, and property development.
Outside of work, Trung enjoys playing a round of golf and hitting winners on the tennis court. However, he enjoys a good Netflix series and holidays with his family the most!

Joseph Colaciello CA
Manager
Joseph is a Chartered Accountant with over six years experience working closely with Aintree Group clients. He loves working with numbers and is passionate about building strong client relationships and providing tax strategies for small businesses and individuals.
In his spare time he enjoys travelling, catching up with friends and family, watching tennis (especially when Nadal is playing), supporting his favourite AFL and Soccer teams – Hawthorn and Chelsea FC, and staying active by playing football and going to the gym.

Teagan Thomas CPA
Assistant Manager
Teagan loves working with numbers and developing new relationships with clients.
She enjoys keeping active through running and tennis and regularly competes in fun runs.

Daniel Piciocco CA
Assistant Manager
Daniel is a Chartered Accountant and has been at Aintree Group for over 7 years. He is passionate about seeing businesses flourish and succeed, whilst assisting clients in any way possible. He is personable and easy-going, and helps organise team social events to keep everyone connected.
He likes to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle. This includes playing tennis and video games, exercising, following sports (Carlton FC, Chelsea FC, the Utah Jazz, etc), seeing various friends and relatives, and most importantly, spending his money on good food.
Daniel is also currently serving as the Treasurer of the Camberwell Trader’s Association.

Selina Arche
Accountant
She / Her
Selina joined Aintree Group in 2021. She assists our team with accounting and tax matters and is currently working towards her Chartered Accountant qualifications.
Outside of the accounting industry, Selina’s previous work experience includes working for the Walt Disney Company in Florida, U.S.A where she worked in Guest Operations.
In her spare time, Selina enjoys musical theatre, crafting, travelling, and spending time with her two cats. She has expansive general knowledge, and put that to the test by competing on the TV quiz show The Chase Australia. One of her favourite memories is meeting her idol, Taylor Swift, and she keeps a photo of that moment on her desk in the office.

Nick Binney
Accountant
Nick joined Aintree Group in 2021. He assists our team with accounting and tax matters, and is currently working towards his Chartered Accountant qualification.
In his spare time Nick enjoys watching the footy (particularly when Richmond is playing) and spending time with his dogs. He also loves travelling home to country Victoria to see his family and catching up with friends on the weekend.

Sam Lin CA
Accountant
Sam assists our team with accounting and tax matters. He joined Aintree Group in 2021. He is enthusiastic about solving clients’ tax and financial problems.
Sam also enjoys cooking traditional Chinese and Japanese food at home, watching cooking videos on YouTube, travelling and camping in small towns across Australia, and playing soccer with his friends.

Leonard Lin
Accountant
Leonard joined our team in 2023. He holds a Masters of Professional Accounting from UTAS, and has several years of experience in public practice. At a previous firm he specialised in caravan park operations and looked after high net worth overseas clients.
He enjoys looking at analytics while preparing clients’ annual financial and tax compliance, to see the business performance over the years.
Leonard has been a big fan of Manchester United for over 25 years, and is always watching soccer (if the games are not on at midnight). He lived in many different cities in China before coming to Melbourne at age of 16, which allows him to speak different local languages. Japan is the top of his list to travel to and hopes to visit there next Christmas.

Dev Kasaju
Accountant
Dev enjoys getting the best service and outcome for clients. He has a Masters of Financial Analysis, and is working towards his goal to become a Chartered Accountant.
On his days off, Dev enjoys going to the gym, playing indoor soccer and going fishing, as well as watching football. His favourite team is Manchester City.

Jessica is currently studying Business at Monash University, with a focus on Accounting and Business Law. She enjoys catching up with friends and family, playing basketball or reading self-growth books!

David Bishop CA
Superannuation Manager
David joined our team in 2022. His role includes preparing financial statements and tax returns for Self Managed Super Funds and ensuring they are compliant.
In his spare time he enjoys socialising with friends, playing tennis and spending time with his pet greyhound.

Anne Burridge CA
Superannuation Administrator
Anne is a Chartered Accountant and specialises in superannuation. Her role includes preparing financial statements and returns for Self Managed Super Fund clients, and ensuring they are compliant. She also liaises with the ATO, auditors and other third parties.
In her spare time, she enjoys going on morning walks, Saturday coffee catch up with friends, babysitting, reading and travelling.
Anne has been with Aintree Group for over 12 years.

Donna Doyle
Bookkeeper
Donna has 30 years of bookkeeping experience, including many years working for herself supporting small business owners across multiple industries. She holds an Associate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours), as well as being Xero Advisor Certified and a registered BAS Agent.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with family and making travel plans. She dreams of owning a holiday house in Italy one day.

Néstor Vanegas
Bookkeeper
He/Him
Néstor looks after our client’s bookkeeping needs including BAS preparation, payroll services and data entry. He loves numbers and is Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks certified. Néstor also has experience working with small and medium-sized business initiatives in the United States and Australia.
He is originally from Colombia, and lived for 10 years in the United States before making Australia his home.
When Néstor is not working, he might be out with friends, hiking or volunteering.

Bridgette Sibanda
Bookkeeper
Bridgette looks after our client’s bookkeeping needs, including BAS preparation and payroll services. She holds a BCOM in Accounting and Finance, is a certified BAS Agent, and has a been working in Business Advisory & Bookkeeping for 12 years.
Her industry experience prior to joining Aintree Group includes working in the Marketing industry (mainly charities and sports) and hospitality industry, as well as with some sole traders. She primarily specialises in Financial Reporting, Cashflow Budgeting, Compliance Management & Reporting (Superannuation, PAYG, BAS), and Advisory.
Bridgette always tells her clients: “You do what you do best and I will do the same” and finds this helps them no longer get bogged down trying to figure out the financial side of their business themselves, which is not efficient for them. Instead, they can put their trust in her to manage and facilitate learning different aspects of the financials in running a business.
She is a foodie by nature, so in her spare time you’ll find her scouring the internet or social media for trendy cafes and restaurants. She has a bucket list of places to try, and is always happy to get people’s recommendations of fantastic places she should add to that list.
Bridgette also enjoys travelling a lot, with a goal to travel to all 195 countries in the world. She has a lot of knowledge in this area, so if you would like to plan a travel itinerary – Bridgette’s your gal! Another goal of hers is to learn at least 8 languages, and has made a very strong start with English, Spanish, French, Xhosa, Ndebele, Shona (local), and Korean currently in her repertoire (not quite fluent in all of them just yet).

Anna Rosin

Anna joined our team in 2023. She takes care of all our client’s bookkeeping needs including BAS preparation, payroll services and data entry.
In her spare time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, reading and travelling.

Adelina Hidajat
Bookkeeper
Adelina takes care of bookkeeping and payroll services for our clients. She holds a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and a Diploma of Accounting, equipping her with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex world of finance.
Adelina is an Indonesia native who has called Australia home for the past 7 years. For the past 18 months, she served as an Account Manager for a prominent accounting firm specialising in real estate. It was a period of continuous learning and adapting to the ever-evolving market dynamics. Looking ahead, she is excited to continue pushing boundaries in the field of accounting. She aspires to contribute meaningfully to the financial well-being of individuals and businesses alike, leveraging her diverse background and extensive knowledge.
When she’s not at work, you’ll usually catch Adelina trying out different restaurants every weekend. She loves exploring all sorts of foods and finding new flavours in our city. She also likes taking relaxed walks around the city, exploring all its interesting streets. It’s like going on a fun adventure to discover cool places and yummy eats!

Rose Boldrini
Client Experience Manager
Rose joined Aintree Group in 2023 with 10 years’ experience working in the accounting industry. She is one of the first points of contact for our business, and assists with client communication and bookings, compliance matters, enquiries and day to day operational tasks.
In her spare time Rose enjoys renovating projects and spending time with her sons. She’s also been known to jump out of a plane (with a parachute, of course!).

Chantelle Rose
Compliance & Client Service Administrator
She/Her
Chantelle takes care of compliance matters relating to the ATO, ASIC and other regulatory bodies. She is the keeper of our databases and our Director ID Number guru. She loves listening to the ATO’s and ASIC’s wait music whilst she works.
Chantelle enjoys going to the gym, dancing and, spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time she is learning how to speak, read and write Korean.

Brittany Smith
Operations Coordinator
Brittany is one of the first points of contact for our business, and enjoys problem solving and engaging with clients. She assists with client communication and bookings, compliance matters, enquiries and day to day operational tasks. She also holds a degree in Political Science.
Originally from South Africa, Brittany is obsessed with her two children Bonnie & Smudge (… yes, they are cats), and enjoys playing golf in her spare time.

Sienna Alessi
Client Experience Coordinator
She/Her
Sienna joined Aintree Group in 2023. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Politics and International Studies, at Melbourne University.
When she’s not working or studying, Sienna’s favourite pastime is reading. She also loves walking her dog, Peppa, hanging out with friends, and listening to heavy metal music.

Laura joined our team in 2023. She assists with client communication and enquiries, compliance administration and day to day operational tasks.

Emilie McKenna
Compliance Administration Assistant
She/Her
Emilie joined our team in 2023. She assists our Compliance Team with ASIC matters and administration tasks part-time while studying at The Australian National University. She’s currently completing a double degree, working towards a Bachelor of Science and Arts.
Outside of work and study, Emilie enjoys spending time outdoors with hobbies like wildlife photography, kayaking and scuba diving.
